How do you currently handle grading and giving feedback on assessments, especially for open-ended or written responses?

We’re working on a project to support this process and I’m curious about the tools and workflows teachers already use. Are there digital platforms you’ve found helpful? And if so, what do they do well (or not so well)?

I’m also interested in knowing what “pain points” you still face even with those tools. This will help us understand the landscape and see how our approach compares to what’s already out there.
