Math Instructional Coach
As an instructional math coach for the Metuchen, New Jersey, school district with over 20 years of teaching experience, I have focused on collaborating with teachers and administrators to develop engaging and rigorous math lessons with a real-world connection. Awards and grants include Middlesex County Teacher of the Year, Best Practices, NCTM Designing Innovative Lessons Grant, and the Raytheon Creativity Grant. My research centers on elementary teachers’ self-efficacy when teaching math and how it drives instructional math resource choices.
