Karen Lea holds a PhD in education and an MS in business management and leadership. She has 15 years of experience teaching mathematics and working in administration at the K–12 level and another 14 years of experience at the university level, including serving on NCATE Board of Examiners. Karen is currently Project Management Professional (PMP) and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certified. She also holds a CA PreK–16 teaching credential in mathematics.
