Jodi Fernandez is a passionate Humanities educator with over 20 years of experience in both the post-secondary and undergraduate levels. She is committed to liberationist pedagogy; she believe her students' humanity, unique histories, and needs are paramount to the learning process, and, for this reason, places them at the center of her instruction. Some of her strengths are truth-telling and teaching, inspiring young adults to be their best selves, and dismantling systems of oppression through education.
