Daniel J. Bergman, Ph.D., is a professor and program chair of science education at Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas, and the author of Teaching Is for Superheroes! (published by Jossey-Bass/Wiley). He previously taught middle and high school science in Nebraska and Iowa, and currently works with students from kindergarten to graduate school.
