Dr. Cristiana Jurgensen is the principal of Ras Tanura Middle School in Saudi Arabia, serving a multinational student body in grades five to nine. Previously she was programs director for Saudi Aramco’s Diversity and Inclusion Division. She is dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive learning environment, focusing on building strong relationships as the foundation for student growth and educational excellence. Passionate about student engagement, social and emotional learning, and innovative professional development, Dr. Jurgensen believes that authentic connections between staff, students, and families are the heart of a thriving school community.
